2024 Sponsorship Opportunities
The Ladies Fish-Off is a 501C3, run exclusively by volunteers. Our beneficiaries depend upon the generosity of the businesses and the individuals in our community, people like you, to provide donations and support to the people and children in need in our local neighborhoods. This year money raised during the event will be donated to The Flite Center and The Billfish Foundation. With your help we can continue to support the people in need in our community. As a sponsor, not only will you get recognition in the communities you serve, you will feel good about promoting and benefiting a truly worth-while cause.
We kindly ask for cash or in-kind donations, both are eligible for sponsorship advertisement in event publications. Our gracious donors will have ads featured in the tournament digital magazine, will be listed on our tournament website, and promoted on social media. Donors like you are what makes our tournament possible. Your cash and in-kind donation not only ensures the tournament’s success, but supports our South Florida community as well. We hope that you will join us in sponsoring the 38th Ladies Fish-Off and make this year our best year yet!

In-Kind Donations
Not all donations to the Ladies Fish-Off have to be monetary. In-kind donations are just as important and needed (they make for great silent auction and gift basket items) and they are always welcome. Your in-kind donation can be many things – gift certificates, products, even labor. Our Silent Auction is always a fun part of the Ladies Fish-Off and it helps our overall fundraising. It’s a great way to gain exposure for your brand, product or service and gain new customers.

Digital Advertising
ADVERTISEMENT OPPORTUNITIES:
(Ad placement includes website listing, social media post and one page placement in sponsor reel which is looping at all 3 events)
DIGITAL AD SPECIFICATIONS:
- Full Page 8” x 10.5” – $600
- Half Page 8” x 5.125” – $300
- Quarter Page 3.875” x 5.125” – $150
- Business Card 3.5” x 2” – $100
All logos, artwork and media files must be submitted to [email protected] no later than April 1, 2024. Artwork must be high resolution (300 dpi) JPG, PDF or EPS files with no bleed.
